THE BLACK BLUES BROTHERS – LET’S TWIST AGAIN

In a train station waiting room, five men, all dressed in Humphrey Bogart-style trench coats, are waiting. For a train? For a person? To kill time, they listen to twist and rock’n’roll music on a vintage jukebox and try to call their girls on the phone, but these twin passions for music and love make the group miss their train! How can they fix things? With incredible stunts! Already successfully presented in prestigious theatres and in the most important festivals, Let’s twist again! is the second show of the Black Blues Brothers, the “magnificent five”, as famous critic Franco Cordelli defined them on the Corriere della Sera. They are a group of Kenyan acrobats who are obtaining a sensational response with numerous sold-outs, standing ovations and four- and five-star reviews in a world tour of over 900 dates and 600,000 spectators.

In the first show the artists used every object present in a Cotton Club-style venue for their performance; in this new production they multiply the breathtaking moments using everything that surrounds them in the train station where the story is set: tables, chairs, music records, flags… even level crossings!

Memorable hits such as Twistin’ the night away, Blue Moon, Just a gigolo and songs by the best American performers, like Elvis Presley, Aretha Franklin, Chubby Checker, Glenn Miller and Keith Emerson accompany a dynamic and fun repertoire of human pyramids, somersaults, rope stunts, fire acts and much more!
